I NEED Legal Representation !

Since those who have victimized me are, or have the support and participation of the legal profession, I am denied by the Bar of the State of Ohio from obtaining legal representation. (see transcript of call to the Lawyer Referral Service of the Dayton Bar Association)

Are there no lawyers in this nation with integrity, competence, patriotism, courage to stand FOR the rule of law and the Constitutions of the State and United States?

An honest, caring, patriotic person who has been victimized by unethical attorneys, law enforcement officials, agencies, and courts is denied representation. The Bar of the State of Ohio is far more intimidating than any violent drug gang or Mafia.

Is it not in the true best interests of the legal profession to restore integrity to the practice of law in Ohio? Think of the improvement for society and the public image of lawyers when unethical, corrupt, and criminal lawyers, prosecutors, and judges are removed from the practice of law.

"Professional Suicide"

What an honest attorney called it when he refused to represent me in an "open and shut" case of false imprisonment by local officials.

The worse child molester, murderer, drug trafficker, etc. has no trouble finding legal representation.

Even more! You shall soon have available the actual letter wherein a Montgomery County, Ohio, Judge refuses to view a letter from me advising him of felonies committed in his courtroom. The judge feels ethics prevent him from reading the truth, but not from havingfelonies are his life, practice, and court! Compare this behavior with the Code of Ehtics for Governmental Service

Transcript of February 27, 2001 telephone call to the Dayton Bar Association Lawyer Referral Service

BAR Tape Recording February 27, 2001

"Tuesday, March 27, 2001. I am making a call to the Lawyer Referral Service. Card given out at the courthouse and everywhere number 222-6102. The card reads 'Need a Lawyer? Call 222-6102. Lawyer Referral Service. A Public Service of the Dayton BAR Association. Serving Greater Dayton for over 40 Years. Hours of operation: Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m..' States 'Attorneys shall charge a fee for legal services performed.' Now the phone call. Phone noises. NOTE: Voice indicates female answered the phone.

Lady: "Lawyer Referral Service. May I help you?"
RVD: "Yes, I need a lawyer who is willing to sue prominent local lawyers, possibly even the Bar Association itself."
Lady: "Okay, I can refer you to an attorney. Now. Usually, what I have found is that: Usually attorneys even if you want to go after a lawyer in the Dayton area, Dayton area attorneys won't handle that. Um, hang on for me just a second, okay?
RVD: "That's right. They'd rather protect criminals than innocent people"
Lady: "Well, I - I think it's a giant conflict, I've been into for years, now.

RVD: "Why is it a conflict to - uh - make somebody accountable for criminal acts?"
Lady: "I'm not gonna try to answer that. Laughter I don't always garbled. myself"
RVD: "I've been a victim of a felony committed by a lawyer. The police won't do anything because he's a lawyer."
Lady: "Okay, have you filed a grievance with the - uh - Dayton . . ."
RVD: "Yes, and - uh - the Dayton Bar Association has even in the past said it's okay for lawyers to tap telephones, tamper with evidence, and abuse children.
Lady: "Um. I'm gonna put on hold for just a second."
RVD: "Thank you"
Lady: "Sir?"
RVD: "Yes."
Lady: "I'm sorry. I'm not gonna be able to refer you to an attorney. I don't know if you're aware of it, but the Lawyer Referral Service is part of the Dayton BAR, and anybody that I'm gonna refer you to is gonna be a member of the Dayton BAR, and you're gonna run into the same problem as far as conflicts . . anything."
RVD: "Ahh,
Lady: "The only… you know. I'm just warning you ahead of time. You can look through the Yellow Pages. Try to find an attorney. Perhaps not a member of the BAR.
RVD: "You can't practice if you're not a member of the BAR"
Lady: "Yeah, you can. You don't have to be a member of the Dayton BAR."
RVD: "Nah. The BAR."
Lady: "to be a member."
RVD: "THE BAR. You know, the State of Ohio."
Lady: "Well, Uh, You know, that, but, for the Dayton BAR. You don't hafta to be and -uh- you don't hafta be a member of the BAR."
RVD: "So is there another lawyer referral service anywhere?"
Lady: "Ahh, Not that would not be affiliated with the BAR Association."
RVD: "Ultimately, if it's not the Dayton BAR, it is the BAR of the State of Ohio.
Lady: "Yeah, it would be, yeah, it would be." garbled "Might be." garbled "Much. It's a conflict there. I can tell ya" muffled "look through the Yellow Pages."
RVD: "And they too agree that is okay for an attorney to tap my telephone and abuse my children, with physical evidence, by the way. Not just my statement."
Lady: "Well, you see, I'm not agreeing with that at all."
RVD: "Well, but the BAR Association does."
Lady: "Well, I'm just telling you - uh - my decision is that garbled to refer you, have refer you back to the yellow pages.
RVD: "Alrighty."
Lady: "Thank you."
RVD: "Bye-bye."
Machine: Tuesday 3:43 p.m. (Daylight Savings Time - 4:43 p.m. current EST)
