NOT the Chief Justice or one of the Associate Justices. Our Supreme Court is actually ruled by a person placed in the position of Supreme Power without the advice or consent of the Senate. That person is the Clerk of the Supreme Court who has been empowered to reject cases without even reading them and to interpret the United States Constitution in any way they see fit. All this without supervision by the Justices, Legislature, or Executive Branch.
Further, the Clerk and Justices have devised, established, and maintain policies, practices, and procedures that violate the United States Constitution.
