Not A Violation Of Ethics

Yet the wire tapping and editing of the tapes made by the wiretap led to a nationwide investigation by the FBI which did nothing to bring this wire tapping attorney to justice.

Even the Supreme Court of the State of Ohio ruled that this wire tapping was not a violation of ethics. The rule of lawyers in Ohio supercedes the rule of law. This lawyer could alter evidence after it had been subpoenaed with the full support of the court and the Bar. He could use information obtained from this wire tap in his questioning of witnesses with imputinty even when the local judge knew of the tap and evidence altering.

At the conclusion of Case 81-DR0376, Judge Judson Shattuck, with the full knowledge that Paul Roderer had directed the wiretapping of my and my children's telephone calls and then directed the editing of those tapes when they were subpoenaed as well as numerous other unethical and/or illegal activities by Paul B. Roderer, went into an extended monologue complimenting both attorneys on their behavior and conduct. Shattuck demonstrated his declared legal position that "No one is going to do anything about perjury."

Apparently wiretapping and child abuse are okay with Judge Judson Shattuck as well. He heard repeated testimony of physical and other abuses, yet forced these children into unsupervised abusive situations against evenhis own counselor's advice. Perhaps this is why those who council children in Geene County often note (OFF the record) that Judson Shattuck is the worst thing ever to happen to abused children in Grteene COunty. Judge Shattuck takes divorces involving children and uses the children to leverage the parents.

Shattuck is thus by far the worst child abuser in Greene County, Ohio, rivaled only by Prosecutor William Schenck. Schenck has even tried to use his official powers unethically and illegally to abuse my children in attempting to hide his own and his ccronies professional faults and activities.

Far more to come . . .
