To book services, we require a deposit.
Sessions without deposit (‘on hold’) will remain available to others.
When canceling, please provide us with 2+ days advance notice.
Sessions cancelled without 2+ days advance notice are subject to a cancellation fee.

Delivery & Data
We must receive full payment before we release or deliver files.
We can deliver files via:
External drive (USB)
Dropbox (www.dropbox.com)
Session data is held on our system for 1 year since the session occurred. After that time, the data may get deleted from our system.
To permanently save your session data, please provide an external hard drive with substantial free space.
