Bookings & Cancellations

  • To book services, we require a deposit.

    • Sessions without deposit (‘on hold’) will remain available to others.

  • When canceling, please provide us with 2+ days advance notice.

    • Sessions cancelled without 2+ days advance notice are subject to a cancellation fee.

Payments, Rates & Refunds

  • We accept cash, most major credit cards, and Bitcoin.

    • To make an online payment, we offer secure checkout via PayPal: Pay.

    • All credit transactions add about 3% to the total charge.

Delivery & Data

  • We must receive full payment before we release or deliver files.

  • We can deliver files via:

    • External drive (USB)

    • Dropbox (www.dropbox.com)

  • Session data is held on our system for 1 year since the session occurred. After that time, the data may get deleted from our system.

    • To permanently save your session data, please provide an external hard drive with substantial free space.
