Pre-Mix Consultation
Before any mixing begins, we’ll talk through your song - what you want listeners to feel, and the direction you want to take the mix in.
Mix Prep & File Transfer (Dropbox)
Next you’ll receive a clear guide for sending tracks and other info. I’ll also provide Dropbox links to upload your files to.
Mix Process & Collaboration (Mixup)
50% of the mixing fee is due before mixing begins. Once we start, you’ll receive mixes through Mixup, where you can listen, compare versions, and leave time-stamped notes directly on the song’s timeline. We’ll work together in this manner, revising the mix until you approve it. Then the remaining payment is due. Most songs are completed within a week, depending on scope and feedback.
Live Remote Mixing Sessions (Sessionwire)
Some songs benefit from real-time collaboration. To do that remotely, we can use Sessionwire: a video chat platform built to send high-quality audio and screen sharing directly from my Pro Tools system to your device.
Project Completion & Delivery (Dropbox)
After the mix is approved and paid in full, you’ll receive all of the standard deliverables via Dropbox. Standard deliverables are the stereo mix (WAV + MP3), instrumental, a cappella, and TV versions. Stem exports are also available for an additional fee.
